The Simpson House Inn can provide a unique location for a rehearsal dinner location that will create memories to last a lifetime. Our lobby converts to a dining room that can accommodate one dining table for 20 guests or round tables for 48 guests. Our stone fireplace and table candelabras compliment this unique Victorian home. Wedding ceremonies and receptions may take place in our gardens and can provide an intimate event that will be your own private 2 acre estate.
- Events on Friday must include availability and blocking of all 15 guestrooms for Friday night and events on Saturday or Sunday must include blocking all 15 guestrooms for two nights, with the main event taking place on the second day.
- The Inn can accommodate up to 100 people (for the event in the gardens) including overnight guests.
- Valet parking and portable toilets may be required for events of more than 50 guests.
- Music must be acoustic or amplified acoustic and until 10pm only.
- Location site fees are $5,000 for weddings and receptions and $4,000 for rehearsal dinners.
